Triveneto Enduro MTB Series 2026 – Race #2 in Vito d'Asio

Technical trails, strong performances and crucial points for the Dynamic Bike Enduro Crew

At the second round of the 2026 Triveneto Enduro MTB Series in Vito d’Asio, riders faced four challenging special stages (three stages for junior categories) covering a total of around 29 kilometres and 1,150 metres of elevation gain. The route in the Friulian Pre-Alps was typically enduro-heavy: stony sections, root-covered forest passages and rapid changes of direction demanded the utmost from the riders, both in terms of riding technique and fitness.

Our enduro riders were well aware of this, led by Daniel Cavosi, as well as newcomer Karim Pastore and the young Bence Almassy, who also joined the team in 2026. Even on the day before the race, the course reconnaissance was not without a few minor crashes, though these had no significant consequences
On Sunday, things got off to a very decent start for our two OPEN competitors, Dani and Karim, with 3rd and 6th place after the first of the four stages to be completed. Bence, on the other hand, lost a lot of time due to a riding error and found himself ‘only’ in 23rd place: his chain had jammed; he was only able to fix the problem at the finish line
The second stage began with a scare for Daniel: right at the start, he lost air in his front tyre and struggled to the finish line with the puncture. He lost almost a minute to the leader and had to abandon his hopes of a podium finish early on. Upon reaching the finish, he immediately fitted the spare inner tube he was carrying so he could continue the race. Karim also had his fair share of trouble with this stage, which everyone described as the longest and most difficult, but managed to hold onto his position in the standings. Bence launched a comeback and finished this middle stage in 10th place in the Allievi category.
In the next section, all three riders were able to demonstrate their skills once again: Daniel in 4th place, Karim in 8th and Bence in 9th (14th in the Allievi final standings) all made further progress in their respective categories. And in the 4th and final section, Daniel improved to 7th place overall, with Karim behind him in 9th (both OPEN M).

The next round of the series takes place in just two weeks’ time, on the weekend of 23–24 May 2026:
at the inaugural FolgaRace in Serrada (TN), the jerseys for the South Tyrolean provincial champions in MTB Enduro and E-Enduro will also be awarded for the first time
