Mountain Bike VSS Youth Trophy 2026 in Eppan-Appiano

A great success for the young Dynamic Bikers at the MTB Cross Country home race in Montiggl/Eppan

At the mountain bike race on Saturday, 6 June, in the Rungg/Montiggl sports zone, our Dynamic Bike Team Eppan once again proved itself to be an exemplary host. With 187 children and young people taking part, the cross-country race in Eppan proved its appeal to South Tyrolean clubs.

Particularly pleasing for the committee and coaches: with a total of 54 children and young people, we were by far the largest group of participants among all the clubs present.

For the vast majority of our youngest riders (aged 6–8), it was their very first race: when this takes place in front of their own audience – parents, siblings and relatives – the nerves are naturally a fair bit higher, but so is the joy after the race.
Lenz Giuliani was also the very youngest competitor at the start (not even 2 years old!)... which delighted his mum and dad all the more.

There was further cause for celebration afterwards with an unexpected 2nd place in the team classification, behind the Sunshine Racers Nals and just ahead of ASC St. Lorenzen Rad.
