Triveneto Enduro MTB Series - Aviano

Aviano Enduro 2022: let's rock!

The Aviano Enduro 2022 race is part of the EWS qualifying round for the first time this year: as the first race in Europe – alongside the race in Fort William (Scotland) – points for the Enduro World Series are awarded here.

A total of three riders from the Dynamic Bike Enduro Crew were present: Daniel Cavosi (U23) and Samuel Tschager (JUNIOR), as well as Moritz Giuliani (ELMT) making his first (international) enduro appearance.

The lads had already arrived on Saturday and had to inspect the course in heavy rain.
On race day, the weather conditions were only slightly better: it had stopped raining for the most part, but the track was very selective and difficult to ride.
Consequently, our Enduro riders approached the race cautiously and with the handbrake on, well aware that a crash in the first race could jeopardise the entire season. Despite all this, the results are quite impressive:
In the Elite Master category, Moritz secured a remarkable 8th place (60th overall) in his first – and international (!) – race. Samuel was unfortunately unlucky; he lost a lot of time due to a flat tyre and eventually finished 14th in the Junior category (40th overall). And Daniel, in his first season as a U23 rider, managed to finish in an excellent 13th place in the OPEN category (15th overall).
