Train to train

The School of Sport and the CONI National Committee Bolzano organised a lecture on Saturday 26 November on the topic of training methodology, which was open to all coaches and sports officials in South Tyrol's sports clubs.
Participants were shown the long-term structure of training and the difficult path from theory to practice was explained in more detail.

Since further education and constant learning are naturally also the focus of the Dynamic Bike Team coaches, Moritz Giuliani, Ivan Endrizzi and Andreas Pichler took part in the advanced training. Together with about 40 other participants from various sports clubs from all over South Tyrol, the coaches were shown the long-term objectives for achieving sporting goals in the form of a guide. Furthermore, the participants were shown how important it is not only to plan the training, but also to observe the athletes in advance, especially in childhood and adolescence.

Our coaches had a lot of positive things to say about the event; our club would like to thank CONI for the opportunity of this training.
