New club champion for the Dynamic Bike Team

After a club champion was crowned for the last time in 2019, they wanted to continue with the tradition again for 2022.
It was decided that the champion for the adult racers would be determined this year with an individual time trial from the Gand to Matschatsch: a route with a length of 6 km and approx. 440 metres in altitude.

Monday morning, a handful of dynamic bikers gathered to find out the fastest among them. Last year's winner Michael Zemmer was not there, nor was runner-up Manfred Steiner.
The start was at 8.30 a.m., the athletes set off at 30-second intervals on the relatively short, but therefore no less "brutal" route to Matschatsch.

The decision was relatively clear this time: Christian Resch - after four 2nd places in the last 8 editions - was this year's winner for the first time and thus Club Champion 2022 - congratulations! He was followed by two-time club champion Andreas Kofler (Karneid) and Oskar Marasca from Eppan.

Afterwards, a cross country race was held for the youngsters on the grounds of the Priska Kelderer riding school. Here, too, Leon Ambach, Paul Marschall and Julia Kostner, three top performers, were missing due to holidays.
The kids had to ride the course, which was equipped with artificial obstacles, several times depending on their age group.
Linda Oberrauch and Hannes Andergassen (7-8 years), Simon Lintner (9-10 years), Jakob Weger (11-12 years) and Philipp Lintner (13-16 years) won the youngest category.

The parents then rounded off the event with the parents' race, which took place much to the delight of the kids present. Christine Leiter and Thomas Meraner came out on top.
