Mountain Bike Tour to the Bocca di Fobia (Lake Garda)

In the last few months our successful racers, both young and young at heart, have more or less always been the centre of attention. Now that the races are over for this year, our attention is more on the trips again in the autumn time.

Last Sunday we went by car to Lake Garda, the starting point of the MTB tour was the small village of Vesio (near Tremosine). From there, we first took a long, steep forest road to Monte Zenone, then on to Passo Nota. The way there was very adventurous: over single trails with partly narrow stony hairpin bends, through tunnels, along steep rocks - not for the faint-hearted! When we arrived at Passo Nota, we fortified ourselves with salami bread and Coke, then we continued on the gravel road via Corna Vecchia past Cima Brosa down to the starting point of our tour. There we stopped at an ice cream parlour to finish off the great day with a delicious ice cream sundae.
