For the fourth time in a row, our Enduro rider Daniel Cavosi managed to claim victory at the well-known E Ben Sa Ghe Enduro race last Sunday, once again confirming himself as the undisputed dominator on a course made even more demanding by the difficult conditions – heavy rain the day before the race.

At the start of the shortened three-stage Enduro race, alongside Daniel were Thomas Ansaloni (Elite), Samuel Tschager (U23) and Marc Theiner (Elite, E-Enduro). Already in the opening stage, Daniel set the fastest time, with Thomas Ansaloni (4th) and Samuel Tschager (5th) also placing in the TOP10, while Marc Theiner was sitting in 3rd among the E-Bikers. However, the previous evening’s rain had left the track – especially in sections 2 and 3 – very muddy and extremely slippery: particularly in the steeper passages and forest sections, the wet ground demanded full concentration and precise riding technique.

As the race went on, both Samuel and Marc felt the effects, losing time due to small slips and crashes. At the finish line, Daniel celebrated his fourth consecutive win, his fifth podium in five participations – a record! To everyone’s surprise, teammate Thomas secured 2nd place overall, celebrating alongside Daniel on the podium. Unfortunately, Samuel dropped to 6th place (Open Men), while Marc just missed the podium, finishing 4th (E-Enduro Men).
